    Business Owners or CEO’s are coached through the process of writing their own Business Plans. These are by nature ‘Hands-on Strategic Plans’ to address business issues and business strategies. By compiling and working through all the issues, the Owner can take ownership of the Business Plan and change it when and where necessary.
    BusinessMentor also do business plans on behalf of the Owner or CEO.

  • Marketing Management

    In Marketing Management, the Marketing Executive is trained to write his/her own Marketing Plan. A lot of detail is dealt with in the compiling of plans with great emphasis on critical marketing information. At the end of the training session the Executive will be able to use these new skills and abilities in a practical marketing approach with the necessary milestones and critical path.

  • Sales Management

    Sales Management is a practical course using classical sales theory.
    At the end of the course the Sales Executive has the skills and will be able to demonstrate, and manage a sales area through, target client prospecting, making the sales call, conducting a sales discussion with negotiation techniques, closing the deal and serving a client for life. There are also follow up courses for more advanced sales-skill learner-ships
